APPLICATION
KLEIB Q6 NATURE is a snow-white latex paint for interiors, intended for painting cement, cement-lime plasters, thin-layer mineral and dispersion plasters, substrates made of concrete, gypsum and plasterboard.
FEATURES
KLEIB Q6 Nature is a matt paint with the highest quality of coverage and whiteness, based on the water dispersion of polyvinyl acetate ethylene copolymer and fillers with the highest coverage. Resistant to wet scrubbing according to PN-C-81914: 2002. It is a paint with extremely low odor emission. Also suitable for coloring in bright colors, according to the KLEIB NATURE color palette.
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
The substrate for KLEIB Q6 Nature should be sound, clean, dry, free from grease and dust. Scratches and deficiencies should be repaired and supplemented. The paint should be applied to strong, compact surfaces. The surfaces to be painted should be thoroughly dusted and then wiped with a damp cloth. Wash the walls painted with paint, chalk and the falling down foundation, then apply KLEIB G2 deep penetrating primer. Before painting, we recommend priming plasterboard with KLEIB G1. It is especially important to prime the joining of panels and places partially covered with gypsum mortar, because the use of KLEIB G1 primer levels the absorbency of the substrate and prevents the formation of streaks during painting. Note: It is recommended to apply to a given surface paint from the same series (date) of production, in the same conditions and in the same way.
PAINT PREPARATION
KLEIB Q6 Nature is supplied ready to use. It must not be combined with other materials. After opening the bucket, its contents should be mixed thoroughly to even out consistency.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
When applying KLEIB Q6 Nature, especially colored, do not thin it with water. The paint should be applied at air and substrate temperature between + 5oC and + 25oC. Subsequent layers are recommended to be applied after at least 4 hours. Fresh cement-lime plasters must be seasoned for at least 6 weeks before painting. The general technology for painting with wall paints should be maintained. The manufacturer guarantees the quality of the product, but does not affect the way it is used. The above information cannot replace the contractor’s professional preparation and does not exempt him from applying the rules of the art of construction and the application of OHS rules. WEAR
On average, depending on the absorbency of the substrate, it is consumed with one painting of a smooth surface 0.10 – 0.12 l / m2.
STORAGE AND TRANSPORT
KLEIB Q6 Nature should be stored and transported in tightly closed buckets, in dry conditions, at a positive temperature (5 – 25 ° C). Protect against overheating. Open containers must not be left open. The shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture on the packaging.
